Luke C. Fisher.
Luke graduated in 1980 from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Operations. Since 1984 Luke has been president of Fisher Realty Inc., a property management firm, and Carrol Fisher Construction Co., a design/build general contracting firm based in Salisbury, NC. Having been involved in all facets of construction including design, estimating, project management & sales, Luke has gained broad exposure to various client requirements and is able to provide turn-key customer service in the design/build environment. Luke’s civic involvement includes working with inner-city youth through coaching AAU basketball teams to national tournament appearances, former president of Salisbury Rowan Basketball Association, and a basketball coach at Salisbury Academy. Luke also serves on the Board of Directors of Rowan Regional Medical Center, Rowan Jobs Initiative, is an Elder at First Presbyterian Church and is a past chairman of the Friends of Scouting Campaign. Hobbies include salt-water fishing, traveling and coaching youth basketball. Luke is married to the former Diane Lindley of Burlington and they have 3 children Ben (1987), Liza (1989) and Tom (1990).
