Octavian Management, LLC manages all Fisher Harriss Development and Octavian Development projects and provides a limited amount of third-party management. Mrs. Pati Harriss is the Director of Property Management services.

With a few exceptions, Octavian Management, LLC only manages properties in which it either has or had ownership interest at one time. Our management portfolio includes a mix of residential and commercial associations and for-lease commercial properties. For associations, our goal is to manage those properties so that when it transitions from a developer-appointed board to a member-elected board, Octavian Management is retained as the property manager.

In order to provide fair, consistent service to each and every client, Octavian Management has adopted the following principles:

• For property associations, we view the client as being the property, the financial assets and governing documents. If we take care of these three items, we will take care of the members. This approach resolves many of the headaches common in association management.
• Always be accountable and articulate to the reasonable person.
• Provide the "best" solution and be able to articulate the reasons why one solution was chosen over the others.
• Make decisions that are appreciated both over the long-term and in hindsight.
