Our buildings are built to a "commercial grade" standard as opposed to a "residential grade" standard. The commercial grade standard allows our buildings to offer a more flexible layout to our clients as they plan their custom upfit.

We are pleased to offer the following features (many of these features are normally only found in multi-story office buildings)

• Load bearing walls are almost non-existent and columns are rare and strategically placed.
• Exterior materials are almost totally maintenance free without compromising aesthetics and curb appeal.
• EIFS, brick, stone and architectural block grace our buildings; never vinyl, wood nor any other material that requires constant painting nor materials that will not stand the test of time.
• Windows and doors are commercial "store front" in order to withstand the high use commercial entrances must endure.
• Interior construction standards include metal studs, thicker gypsum walls, the insulation of every wall and ceiling for sound privacy, heavy, solid birch doors on ball-bearing hinges.
