Fisher Harriss Development and Octavian Development are affiliated companies that acquire commercial real estate in the greater Charlotte marketplace and specialize in the development of high-quality office condominium projects. Together we bring to each of our projects experience in design, construction, day-to-day management, high level of customer service, attention to detail and financial acumen.

Though our portfolio of projects has a high concentration of office and office condominium projects, we also feature light industrial, single-family horizontal, "latch-&-go" residential, urban and mixed-use developments.

Founded in 1994 by Messrs. Luke Fisher, Chuck Harriss and Danny Fisher and based in Salisbury, NC. Major projects include Pinnacle Office Park, Prosperity Commons Office Park and the acquisition of The Crescent Golf Community. Office condominium development includes turn-key design and upfit services provided by Carrol Fisher Construction Company.

Founded by Mr. Octavius "Chuck" Harriss and based in Concord, NC. Major projects include West Torrence Professional Center within The Park, Huntersville; 9010 Glenwater Office Condominium at University Place; and The Villas at The Crescent Golf Community. Acquisitions include The Chesterfield Building, Afton Village, Concord, NC.

Octavian Management, LLC manages all Fisher Harriss Development and Octavian Development projects and provides limited amount of third-party management. Mrs. Pati Harriss is the Director of Property Management services.
